Description

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitative.Instrumen penelitian berupa angket yang di dasarkan pada teori Leni Susati (2017) Hasil penelitian,Kepuasan mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu dikategorikan PUAS.Kepuasan mahasiswa diperoleh dari 5 faktor yaitu kompetensi dosen,proses pembelajaran, fasilitas, pelayanan dan kurikulum. Berdasarkan hasil di atas peneliti memberikan saran bahwa diharapkan kompetensi dosen, proses pembelajaran, fasilitas, pelayanan dan kurikulum dapat ditingkatkan sehingga kepuasan mahasiswa dapat diubah dari kategori puas menjadi sangat puas.
