Description

Education is a process of learning, knowledge and skills through learning methods by students. The education is to increase the potential of students. In order for students to increase their potential well, it is necessary for students to improve their performance well. There are 3 factors that can improve the performance of students, namely accountability, organizational commitment and transformational leadership.
The formulation of this research problem is regarding accountability, organizational commitment, transformational leadership that supports school performance. And with the aim of the study to determine the participation of accountability, organizational commitment and transformational leadership on school performance.
This research is quantitative research. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to the South Bengkulu Regency Elementary School. The population in this study was the Elementary School in South Bengkulu Regency. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 41 respondents, who came from 6 SDNs in South Bengkulu Regency. Namely, SDN 8 Bengkulu Selatan as many as 8 respondents, SDN 4 Bengkulu Selatan as many as 7 respondents, SDN 15 Bengkulu Selatan as many as 6 respondents, SDN 2 Bengkulu Selatan as many as 8 respondents, SDN 9 Bengkulu Selatan as many as 7 respondents and SDN 12 Bengkulu Selatan as many as 5 respondents. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 16.0.
The results of this study indicate that the research carried out by the accountability variable is indicated by the sig value of 0.007 < 0.05, the organizational commitment variable is indicated by the sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the transformational leadership variable is indicated by the sig value of 0.026 < 0.05 both partially as well simultaneous.
