Description

The Disaster Risk Reduction Policy (DRR) has been implemented in the City of Bengkulu by involving all stakeholders. Equity, continuity and continuity are still obstacles in implementing DRR effectively, by utilizing all potentials of the community and the region. Collaborative governance in the perspective of disaster fiqh is an alternative to comprehensive and sustainable DRR development. DRR requires the collaboration of various parties and communities by optimizing all potential in the region, so they can build resilience at the level of Graasroot. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of DRR policies was only implemented in pilot villages. Development of DRR needs to be implemented evenly and continuously. The Disaster Fiqh Perspective provides broad opportunities for DRR policy collaboration with the activities of Muslim communities. Islamic Spirit encourages the birth of positive rational and spiritual attitudes and behaviors towards DRR as natural and social phenomena.Prospection of disaster risk reduction collaboration has the opportunity through meeting forums that are widely available in Bengkulu city community activities such as religious lectures, Islamic Great Day Commemoration (PHBI) of Majelis Taklim with mediation of City Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim (BKMT) and District BKMT, and Persatuan Majelis Taklim Kelurahan (PERMATA), Sarafal Anam Group. Collaborative development is also possible in forums that have been institutionalized in the community such as the PKK and family gathering forums. The conclusion of this study Collaborative governance on DRR in the perspective of disaster Fiqh is feasible and has the opportunity to be developed and will provide opportunities for more effective, equitable and sustainable development of DRR.
