The challenge of our education was the challenge for parents, school and society. It was not only school responsibility, but according to Ki hajar Dewantara, family was central of education. One of our education challenges was free sex which had effect as sexual abuse, unwanted pregnancy and reproduction health. Islamic sex education in family consists of : Embed shame on children, separating their beds, introducing Visiting Time (asking permission in 3 times), Educated to maintain the cleanliness of the genitals, introducing their brother and sister (mahram), Educated to keep their seen, educated children not to do ikhtilat (Mixed up men and women), educated children not to do khalwat (together with the opposite sex), educated to make up ethics, and ihtilam and menstruation (Zulia Ilmawati in id.the asianparent.com, access on 5th February 2019). This research aimed to gave description about Islamic sex education practice in Muhammadiyah’s Family. The approach used in this study is qualitative. The subjects of this study were children of the Muhammadiyah Bengkulu organization management. Sample selection techniques use purposive sampling, a technique of collecting data through interviews directly to the speakers. The research data obtained were analyzed using descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study show Islamic values in sex education pattern still touched firm in their family, even though 11 values that described with Zulia Ilmawati was not all done it.
