Description
The objective of this research was to know the individual differences among successful and Unsuccessful English language students on motivation during learning process at English Education Program of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu in academic year 2019/2020. The research design of this research used survey method. The data collected used questionnaire based on Gage in Gitawaty (2010) theory. The result of this research, individual differences successful and unsuccessful students are equally influenced by intrinsic motivation during English language learning process. This research suggest forunsuccessfulStudentsthey must increase their learning motivation such as repeating English lessons more often at home and increasing interest in English during learning process.For the further researcher, especially for English students who are going to conduct the relevant research in the next time with another individual differences factor, research design or instrument.
