The low quality of life of HIV patients will affect the health of the patients themselves. Improving the quality of life can not only be done through physical healing process, the main thing is to improve the patient's understanding of his illness and to change the patient's orientation of thinking from healing to self-surrender to God and relationship with others (social relation). In this case is to improve spiritual intelligence This study aims to find the correlation between spiritual intelligence and the quality of life of HIV patients in Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. This research is descriptive correlation. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, for data collection using SISRI-24 and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires. The results of counters using Gamma and Somers'd obtained 0.928 relation strength on physical health aspect, 0,843 on psychological aspect, 0,890 on social relation aspect and 0,890 on environmental aspect. It is expected that nurses can help improve the spiritual intelligence of HIV patients, in order to better improve the quality of life of HIV patients.
