The implementation of the family assistance program assistance policy is a manifestation of the implementation of regional autonomy by the social minister, to reduce poverty rates based on Permensos Number 1 of 2018. However, in a policy that is not always satisfactory, there are problems in implementing the policy starting from the inaccurate target for each components that are already listed in Permensos. Through the thesis the problem raised is How is the implementation of the Family Hope Program assistance policy in Mesigit village and what factors are hindering the implementation of the Hope Family Program assistance policy in Mesigit village
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program assistance policy and want to find out what are the factors that hinder the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Mesigit village. This study used qualitative research methods. With data collection techniques, namely through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The data analysis techniques are the data collection stage, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage and the conclusion drawing.
From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the 4 indicators used in the implementation of policies for the implementation of the Family Hope Program policy have been running well but there are still factors that hamper the implementation of the hope family program, namely the lack of public awareness of the usefulness of PKH assistance, the minimum the telecommunications network for the implementation of the disbursement of funds, and the lack of coordination of PKH facilitators to the village government.
