Description
Bengkulu Province increased the rank to sixth in Bengkulu Tengah Regency There were 29.12% of marriages occurring at the age of children. Married couples outside the provisions of the marriage law are deemed not valid under Indonesian law. While Islam does not support either married men or women who are ready to give birth and mind. The purpose of this study is to find out about children's clothing in an Islamic perspective. The method used was qualitative, information in this study were adolescents who were married early, Chairman of the KUA and Religious Leaders. The study was conducted in Bengkulu Tengah Regency. Data was collected by in-depth interview method with interview guidelines and then the data collected was analyzed. Child Marriage that occurred in Bengkulu Tengah Regency occurred because teenagers dropped out of school and there were no more activities. According to the head of KUA marriages of adolescents in Central Bengkulu if over 16 years for women and 19 years for men was lawful Religion and Indonesia, but if they are married under the age was not given marriage book that became valid proof of marriage. In addition, religious leaders also explained that Islam is not prohibited for someone to get married if they are already married and ready both physically and mentally, rather than adultery. Islamic religion forbids those who marry because of beauty and wealth but marry because of their religion. Share important information about the primacy married practiced by all Muslims, this is to remind the virtue of married and prevent fornication. However, it must still consider the readiness of birth and gain of a married couple.
