Description

The purpose of this research is to find out student's satisfaction in choosing an English study program at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. This research method is descriptive qualitative method. The research instrument is a questionnaire based on the theory of Mugla and Seedhouse (2005). The results of the study, The students satisfaction in choosing the English Education program at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is categorized as SATISFIED. The student satisfaction is got from 5 factors, namely lecturer competence, learning process, facilities, services and curriculum. Based on the above results the researcher provides suggestions that It is hoped that the competence of lecturers, the learning process, facilities, services and curriculum can be improved so that students satisfaction can be changed from the satisfied become very satisfied category.
