Description

Objective of this research was to determine the readiness of English students in following microteaching classes. This research design uses descriptive qualitative method. The respondents of this study were questionnaires that were answered by students readiness in following microteaching classes in the sixth semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The results of this study: Based on the findings and discussion, there are three parts in the readiness activities, namely emotive attitudinal readiness, cognitive readiness, and behavioral readiness that are prepared by students’ in teaching practice. It can be concluded that students are ready in following microteaching classes. Researchers want to suggest to students that English students must be more prepared for readiness in following microteaching classes and for further researchers, it is also suggestedfor researchers used this research finding as a reference.
