IMPLEMENTASI METODE AHP DALAM SISTEM PENGAMBILANKEPUTUSAN PERUMAHAN PEMBELIAN KREDIT PADAPT. RYU GRAHABENGKULU SELATAN

PT. Ryu Graha is one of the Housing Development Companies domiciled inSouth Bengkulu Regency that develops various types of housing with types of housingboth subsidized and commercial. The house constitutes a residence that is used withthe family to be occupied forever or as an investment. The application of the decisionmaking system for housing credit purchases at PT. Ryu Graha South Bengkulu is adesktop-based application that can be employed as analternative in assisting decisionmaking in housing recommendations that are in accordance with consumer criteria,where the results of the decision have been ranked according to the stages of the AHPmethod. The application is made using Visual Basic.Netprogramming language andSQL Server 2008 database. In the assessment process, this application hasimplemented one of the decision making methods, namely the AHP method. Theapplication of the decision making system for housing credit purchases at PT. RyuGraha South Bengkulu is a desktop-based application that can be employed as analternative in assisting decision making in housing recommendations that are inaccordance with consumer criteria, where the results of the decision have been rankedaccording to the stages of the AHP method. Based on black box testing that has beenimplemented, the application is running as it should be functionally from the application.
