Agung AutomallKota Bengkuluadalah salah satu anak perusahaan dari Agung Concern group yang bergerak sebagai main dealer Toyota.Rumusan masalahnya Apakah Keadilan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara singnifikan terhadap Turnover intentionKaryawanPT. Agung AutomallKota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi, Kepuasan kerja,Terhadap Turnover intentionKaryawan PT. Agung Automall Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 62 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisoner dan kajian Pustaka. Teknik analisisdata dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan uji hipotesisdenganmenggunakanSPSS
