Description

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work-family conflict on turnover intention on conventional Sinarmas Bank & Sinarmas Syariah Bank employees in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 141 respondents. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, where the entire population is used as a sample. The total questionnaire distributed was 141 questionnaires, but only 120 were processed, the rest were damaged. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The collected data is then processed with SPSS 21 data processing aids and analyzed using classic assumption test analysis techniques, multiple linear regression, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test with Y = 48,389 - 0.868 (X1) + 0.092 (X2). From the partial hypothesis test results (T test) that the variable organizational commitment has a significant negative effect on the variable turnover intention of 17.28%. Then for work-family conflict variables have a significant positive effect on turnover intention by 28.84%. For simultaneous results (F test) variable organizational commitment and work-family conflict has a significant effect on variable turnover intention, which is 64%.
