Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Masalah Siswa dalam Memahami "Penilaian Bahasa dan Bahan Evaluasi" di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu pada tahun akademik 2020.Desain penelitian dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan teori Dr. Dian Susyla, M.Pd (RPS) Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Penilaian dan Bahan Evaluasi (2019). Hasil penelitian ini, siswa pada semester 8 memiliki masalah dalam memahamimateri : 1). Masalah dalam memahami materi reliabilitas dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha, 2). Masalah dalam memahami Kurva Normal dan Konversi bahan Skor, dan 3). Masalah dalam memahami reliabilitas dengan menggunakan (Kuder - Richardson Formula 20 dan 21) KR - 20 dan 21 materi.Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada siswa yang diharapkan dapat membantu siswa nantinya untuk lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran penilaian bahasa dan evaluasi mata pelajaran materi. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya, terutama siswa bahasa Inggris yang akan melakukan penelitian dengan judul baru, seperti "upaya siswa dalam memahami materi Penilaian Bahasa dan Bahan Evaluasi".
