ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research is to find out the english students’ grammatical competence in teaching practice in microteaching classes. The design of this research used descriptive qualitative method. The subject of the research was the students practice teaching in microteaching classes at sixth semester of English Education Study Program inMuhammadiyah University of Bengkulu in Academic Year 2020/2021. There were 35 students as the subject. This research used observation checklist as a instrument. The result of this research show that the english students grammatical competence in teaching practice in morphological (derivational and inflectional) is good enough. This research is suggested to english student can increase their grmammatical competence in teaching practice and can use english in teaching practice from the the opening until closing the lesson.
