Description

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Servant leadership dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan Dealer Astra Motor Padang Jati Kota Bengkulu. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dealer Astra Motor Padang Jati Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlan 40 orang, sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling, artinya seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Jadi sampel pada penelitan ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan. Teknik Pengumpulan Data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang di gunakan yaitu Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasidi Dealer Astra Motor Padang Jati Kota Bengkulu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukan nilai > (3.493> 2.026) dan (sig = 0, 001 < 0, 050). Ini berarti ditolak dan diterima. Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasidi Dealer Astra Motor Padang Jati Kota Bengkulu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukan nilai > (2.689 >2.026) dan (sig = 0, 011 < 0, 050). Ini berarti ditolak dan diterima. Servant Leadership ( ), Komunikasi Interpersonal (X2), secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen organisasi (Y) di Dealer Astra Motor Padang Jati Kota Bengkulu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F menunjukkan nilai > , yaitu yaitu (53.112 > 2.249) dan (sig = 0.000 < 0, 050). Ini berarti ditolak dan diterima. Berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi didapat nilai R= 0.861 dan koefisien determinasi = 0, 742 nilai mempunyai makna bahwa Servant Leadership ( ), Komunikasi Interpersonal (X2), memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan pengaruh sebesar 0, 742 atau 74.2% terhadap Komitmen organisasi (Y) di Dealer Astra Motor Padang Jati Kota Bengkulu sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0.258 atau 25.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
